Form of work Position Overview:We a looking for an experienced Supervisor to be a leader across our project sites by ensuring works are constructed in accordance with agreed productions, methodologies, timeframes and to the requirements of our high safety, quality and environmental standards.What you can expect in the role: You'll supervise and lead the construction team onsite (including Leading hands, labourers, Machine operators & sub-contractors, to produce planned activities each day You'll plan and allocate work, monitor progress, and take overall responsibility for ensuring project construction is carried out effectively You'll lead Daily Pre-Start talks, highlighting tasks for the day, the hazards involved and control measures You'll review the program lookahead with the project team to ensure everyone is aligned and heading towards the same milestones You'll read and understand the requirements of design drawings and project specifications and manage construction on site in accordance You'll help create and lead a positive and inclusive culture on site which…
