Site Supervisor - Merrylands - 6 Month Project

Brix Projects are on the lookout for a Site Supervisor for a mid tier construction company for a 6 Month Project commencing Mid April located at Merrylands. The project is a 30 unit refurb on an independent age care facility.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and understanding complex working drawings and engineering
• Maintaining communication between clients, trades, designers, admin staff and director
• Always maintaining a high level of health and safety on-site 
• On-site management and leadership
• Ensure construction is kept on schedule and on budget
• Building and developing sub-contractor relationships whilst setting expectations of quality and performance
• Ensuring all permit conditions are understood and met

Requirements:

• Experience working on independent age care facilities in the past extremely beneficial
• Carpentry trade qualified advantageous 
• Great communication skills
• Passionate about quality
• Strong & proactive work ethic with a mind for problem solving
• A broad understanding of Microsoft Office software
• Well presented
• Valid driver's license with own suitable vehicle and tools
