Site Supervisor - Moss Vale Project

Puch Construction & Building Pty Ltd has been operating for 15 years and is a market leading construction company that specialises in Government Defence Projects, Remediation Works, and Heritage Government Restoration across a wide range of blue-chip clients.

We are seeking a Site Supervisor (contract role - 6 months) to be an integral part of our site team on one of our projects based in Moss Vale.

With your significant years in qualified trade, experience as a supervisor within construction and your commitment to a role, we are inviting you to put forward your application and be part of this project.

Your previous supervisory experience in construction, will set you up well for t his role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor will plan, control, and organise onsite requirements on a project. This will involve supervising & coordinating all on-site personnel, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective practices are maintained in line with Work, Health and Safety legislation and project requirements. Your role will require you to:

• Aid site staff and site managers on all project related matters
• Ensure all project specific statutory requirements are met
• Demonstrate capability for site supervision of consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers
• Work effectively to deliver projects to budget
• Provide workable solutions to daily site obstacles
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operational requirement relevant for your role
• Technical experience and the ability to oversee various trades on site

About You:

With your previous on-site experience working with site personnel and subcontractors, you will ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

• Significant years in a qualified trade 
• 2 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor role in construction
• Driver's licence, white card and current police check
• Trade certificate in relevant discipline
• Good knowledge of WHSE regulations
• Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire a diverse workforce
