About the role
Due to our ever growing operations throughout the South of Brisbane, we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a results driven Site Supervisor with previous residential housing construction and townhouse experience in building quality homes, on time and on budget to join our fantastic Aplace team. You will be primarily managing homes under construction in the – Yarrabilba, Flagstone, Greenbank areas
You will be responsible for:
- Your portfolio of residential homes along with townhouses are built on quality, time and budget.
- Establish and manage a quality trade base to facilitate construction
- Supervise trades on site, ensuring the building process / program is followed and OH&S, quality and regulatory guidelines are met.
- Ensure paperwork, forward planning and reports occur as required
Be a Positive Leader and remain focused amidst challenges and distractions
Skills and experience
For us, quality is an attitude not an outcome.
We anticipate that you will possess:
- QBCC Site Supervisor License must be held
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in supervising residential housing (Volume housing) and Townhouse builds
- exceptional communication skills
- demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills
- a strong customer focus, the ability to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach
- the ability to read and interpret plans
- ability to use basic computer operating systems and operating software
- the capability to build rapport across all levels of the business
- a current driver's licence is a requirement for this role.
