We are currently searching for an experienced Site Supervisor for our Food and Patient Support Services Department at Urana Multi-Purpose Service. The Urana Health Service includes inpatient care beds and residential aged care beds.
HealthShare NSW is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Patient Support Services Supervisor with great communication and customer service skills to join our Patient Support Services department. We are looking for a Supervisor for the day-to-day operational tasks, department checks and cleaning to ensure continuous effective service delivery and a performance-based, innovative, responsive and accountable customer focussed work culture.

All our roles require candidates to have Australian work rights (Australian citizens, permanent residents, valid work visa). Only Australian citizens and permanent residents are considered for permanent roles, and we do encourage those on a visa to apply for our temporary and casual roles.
This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and screening for Tuberculosis (TB). The full list of required vaccinations are outlined in the NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 34). You will be required to complete the OASV Undertaking/ Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool during the recruitment process. Please upload this with your application along with any other vaccination evidence that you may have.
