This role will start at the end of Jan, early Feb and will require the SM to manage 3 main trades which will include mechanical, electrical and Roofing.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Solid experience as a contract Site Manager (min 2yrs)
- Commercial / Industrial or similar refurb/construction background
- Experience working projects of a value from $1 m plus.
- Experience in the NSW building industry
- Worked on government/Navy construction refurbed a plus.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills - Ability to build strong relationships with trades and clients alike.
