Site Works Supervisor

Confluence Water, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three regional delivery consortia providing services under Sydney Water's Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.THE ROLEWe have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Management Site Works Supervisor to join the Maintenance team in a full-time permanent role which will primarily be based in Ryde. In this position you will ensure the Site works activities for an essential setvices asset are undertaken efficiently, to the highest quality and zero harm standards. You will coordinate trade resources, materials, and equipment, whilst providing leadership to our existing team and encouraging a collaborative, improvement focused culture.ABOUT YOU Exposure to planning and scheduling maintenance activities. Relevant tertiary qualification or trade discipline. Utilities experience is desirable. Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team. An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated organisational skills.
