• Temporary 12-month contract with potential for extension or permanency
• $37.78 Plus Super
• Full-time on a rotating roster (Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm) 
• Location: Docklands and Hybrid after training period
• Start date: August 2024

Your new role 
As a Small Business Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for Small Business banking customers, handling an average of 45 calls per day, providing timely and customer-centric solutions to address enquiries and service requests. You'll adhere strictly to banking compliance guidelines and standards in all interactions and transactions while identifying and understanding customers' future needs to offer tailored solutions and assistance. Collaborating with team members to share ideas and innovate, engaging in continuous self-development and learning, and demonstrating dedication and hard work to pave the way for potential conversion of the role into a permanent position are also key aspects of your role. Ultimately, your commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction will be paramount in every interaction.
