Part Time - Mon, Tues, Wed with 30.4 hours weekly working in Casino and Lismore
This Part-time role is responsible for leading a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver HammondCare's model of care with its Social Club service across Casino. Our office is located in Lismore where you will also need to work.
Hammond Care’s Social clubs provide a social environment where older people can take a break from their home environment, connect with their community and spend a day socialising while being supported by our talented team.
About you
Successful candidates will have;
- Certificate IV in Aged Care or other relevant qualification.
- Experience in Community Aged Care Management.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solve with limited supervision.
- Strong organisational abilities, including effective time management and ability to prioritise in a busy work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Experience managing a team of skilled professionals.
- A current driver’s licence and safe driving record. Willingness to travel between HammondCare’s sites and services.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy and patience.
