We are looking for a creative, talented, storyteller who is bursting with great ideas to engage with our customers and elevate the Rex brand across digital platforms. This is a fulltime position based at our Head Office in Mascot, Sydney.
As our Social Media and Content Creator, you will be crafting captivating stories across multiple platforms including Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok), our inflight magazine, and internal communications.
You will possess good photography, videography and editing skills and be able to create and post unique, entertaining, and engaging content from concept to publish.
You will be responsible for evaluating the results and measuring the impact of the reach you secure, and using analytics to inform and refine your approach.
You’ll also be responsible for engaging with customers across our Social Media platforms – including promptly and efficiently responding to customer comments and messages.
This is a hands-on role where you will get the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, you must possess:
- A degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of the Social Media and digital landscape
- Be a proactive team player who is calm under pressure
