Develop and execute Social Media strategies to enhance brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and live updates.

Monitor Social Media trends and respond to customer inquiries and comments.

Content Creation:

Produce high-quality and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, and videos, to showcase our brewery’s products and events.

Collaborate with the brewing and sales teams to capture behind-the-scenes moments and highlight our unique brewing process.

Community Engagement:

Build and nurture relationships with our online community and industry influencers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and personable manner.

Develop relationships with industry leaders, accounts, and event organizers to create opportunities for collaboration to drive business-to-business and end-consumer interaction with our products.

Find new avenues of communication with our customer base in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer areas.

Build and execute online campaigns to encourage user-generated content and community participation.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute exciting marketing campaigns to promote new beer releases, events, and collaborations emphasizing core values and ethos around the business and products.

Use the unique qualities of Hoyne Brewing to build educational campaigns around the brewing and packaging processes.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels to maintain a cohesive and attractive brand image.

Build consistent and engaging POS materials for sales team and accounts.

Design and source exciting merchandise for retail sale and giveaway opportunities in the sales department.

Proven experience in Social Media management and digital marketing, preferably in the craft beer or hospitality industry.

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on photography, Social Media, and graphic design.

Expert knowledge of various Social Media platforms and trends including, but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphics- focused tools and software.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with craft beer and the craft beer scene in Western Canada is a plus.

$55k-$85k depending on experience. This is a full-time, on-site job.
