About the role:
Our clients are across B2C and B2B, and use Tiktok, Meta and Linkedin to drive awareness and engagement.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Social Media strategy, creating compelling content, and fostering online engagement. You will play a key role in enhancing the client's brand, driving engagement, and growing their Social Media following. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of Social Media trends.
The day to day:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned to marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create content calendars that align to client objectives and content pillars
- Analyse Social Media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage influencers partnerships.
- Conduct Social Media audits and competitor analysis
- Monthly reporting
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in Social Media.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives
Your skills and role
- Proven experience across Social Media and results
- 2 years minimum Social Media experience (ideally 3-4)
- Positive attitude
- Project & Time Management Skills
- A strong copywriting style (although we have an in house copywriter who can assist)
- Experience producing client reports
- An appreciation for conversion rate optimisation strategies and producing strong business results
- Agency Experience
- Proven ability to provide optimisations and strategies to improve campaign performance.

- Google Analytics 4 experience
- Experience with Looker Studio
- Asana and Slack Experience
- Canva Experience
