This role will be responsible for managing our LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and any other Social Media platforms, ensuring our online presence is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our Social Media strategy across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website.
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, posts) to be published across all Social Media channels.
- Regularly visit job sites to capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing our work and team.
- Plan and execute Social Media campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze Social Media metrics to optimize performance and report on key insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media best practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with our business goals.
- Respond to Social Media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and influencers to grow our network.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Excellent photography and videography skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and Social Media best practices.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
