Job Responsibilities:
Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution:
- Manage relationships with thirdparty logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient and accurate shipping of orders to customers.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes to reduce shipping times and costs.
- Hold our 3PL accountable to agreed upon metrics.
- Make sure our systems are set up to effectively communicate with their systems.
Operational Strategy and Process Improvement:
- Implement and refine operational procedures and policies to improve overall efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in operations management.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure the team is aware of all necessary metrics we track for success.
Inventory Management:
- Creation and projection of planning strategies and theories that will enhance performance.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures to maximise efficiency.
- Set clear expectations, mentor, coach and manage team performance against KPIs.
- Implement policies and procedures to combat the large cost of shrinkage the business is currently undertaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product teams through the ranging processes.
- Inventory management.
- Achieving critical financial targets such as shrinkage and returns to maximize on profits.
- Manage and assist in the receipt, storage, assembly, dispatch and of stock within a retail warehouse.
- Manage Quality Control to ensure all dispatched stock is in accordance with customer expectations and group.
- Maintain Quality Standards.
- Use of ERP/WMS systems for the management of daily operations, efficient stock management and reporting. Warehouse roster scheduling and labor cost management.
Experience Required:
- Retail planning experience, preferably with wholesale and e-commerce exposure.
- ERP/WMS experience.
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG or retail operations and warehouse management experience.
- E-commerce operations management expertise.
- Track record of reliability and growth in previous roles.

- Full-time position; may require evening, weekend, or on-call shifts depending on the business needs.
- Work is typically performed in a warehouse setting.
