What we’re looking for:
As a talented Social Media Coordinator you will help to implement online marketing strategies through our Social Media accounts to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and generate enquiries and enrolments for our centres.
The role:
You will be responsible for:-
- Develop original content in alignment with Affinity’s tone of voice in order to attract families and increase followers
- Suggest creative ways to position Affinity-owned centres as the local provider of choice as well as Affinity as an employer of choice via strong communication messages
- Increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies
- Day to day management of digital content updates of quality control across all 200+ Social Media pages
- Support the development and implementation of digital marketing and innovation tactics to meet channel objectives
- Monitor competitor activity to ensure Affinity is delivering best practice and standards
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, such as promotions and competitions
About you:
- A degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years experience working in a comparable work environment
- Experience working in a complex, fast-paced, and multi-faceted organisation.
- Experience in managing regional/inter-state stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing plans.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
