THE OPPORTUNITY:
Axon Property Group is expanding its marketing department to increase capacity. Our company is growing, and to build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the team.
The role is open to both Full Time and Part Time applicants as we will tailor the role to suit the best applicant.
Working with the current marketing team, this role will assist in executing strategic plans and managing the brand's Social Media platforms, email marketing, website, digital content, and promoting all marketing and branding initiatives.
This role requires someone who is highly skilled in reading, writing, spelling and grammar, preferably with copywriting skills, and has great attention to detail. This role allows a creative person to think outside the box, develop their own ideas for content, creatives and campaigns, and implement those ideas within a supportive and enthusiastic team.
Whilst the list of what the role entails is significant, your induction will see you be involved in a comprehensive and immersive onboarding program to set you up for success.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies and execute campaigns
- Managing our content calendar and digital channels, including:
- Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin & Youtube) - assisting with planning, scheduling, writing copy and community engagement
- Website - updating posts and pages and assisting with SEO (WordPress)
- Blog and Content Marketing - writing and gathering content from the team for blog posts
- EDM - creating and scheduling weekly newsletters and other ad hoc email marketing via our CRM (ActiveCampaign)
- Coordinate artwork & video needs - working alongside our Videographer to brainstorm new ideas and ensure deadlines are being followed
- Assist with the planning and execution of client meetups, events, sponsorships, contesting, and online masterclasses
- Campaign reporting & measurement
- Assist with draft award submissions
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding or connection with the ADF (not necessary but preferred), with a passion for property, construction or real estate.
- Prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and Social Media
- Must be an organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines
- A strong passion for all things marketing and helping others - you likely follow all the 'big names' in the marketing space and have studied their best practices
- You love challenges and pride yourself on accountability and achieving goals
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent verbal communication
- Ability to come up with fresh digital marketing ideas and understand the latest marketing trends
- Strong creative skills & high attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills (experience with Meta Business Suite preferred)
- An eye for design (Experience with Canva preferred Adobe Suite programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign also viewed favourably)
- Must be able to collaborate and also be able to work autonomously

Axon Property Group is a property coaching firm that empowers ADF members, Veterans, and their families to secure their financial future using property.
Axon was created out of a strong desire to help educate and inspire ADF and ex-ADF members to utilise their housing entitlements correctly. This education is solely focused on allowing them to use the property asset class to successfully set up their financial future.
We believe that the current education system doesn't empower or equip ADF members with the right information or surrounding specialists required to be successful in the property market.
