Are you passionate about social media and looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity? We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join EACH’s Communication Engagement and Advocacy team as a Social and Digital Media Coordinator!

In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective Social and Digital Media strategies to engage our customers and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the External Communications team to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and use data and insights to grow our online audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing social media platforms and creating engaging and informative content for various channels (including social media, website, and newsletters). ​
• Working with the External Communications Manager, build and implement a social media and Digital plan spanning content creation and channel utilisation to help EACH achieve its strategic and business goals.
• Create and manage a publishing calendar to ensure consistent publication of high-quality content.
• Proactively source compelling stories, and create and produce high-quality multichannel content including copy, video, images and infographics.
• Monitoring and analysing communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and Digital marketing.

To be successful in this role you will be a result-orientated strategic thinker, who is tech savvy (with experience using social media tools, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva), along with having a strong grasp of current and emerging trends in content publishing, and three years’ experience in a communications, marketing or similar social media/digital role.

• Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing.
