Social Media Coordinator

Samsonite Australia & New Zealand is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing eCommerce team at our head office based in Mulgrave. This is a unique opportunity to work across numerous powerhouse brands such as Samsonite, American Tourister and High Sierra within a well-established company taking their digital business to new heights.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, and serving as the digital face of the business, this role is vital for growing and nurturing Samsonite’s online communities; maintaining strong brand presence, credibility and market leadership for our diverse suite of brands. 

• Act as a Social Media, video and copywriting champion within the business.
• Nurture our active community by creating the video content they want to see, when they want to see it, i.e. riding the wave of latest trends.
• Providing best-in-class customer service with a sense of urgency.
• Using your creative flair, keep each of our world leading brands' digital presence unique.
• Assist with high performance Social Media Ad campaigns.
• Go out on location! Whether it's a brand shoot or your own, you're always on the hunt to capture content.
• No two days are the same!

• You have a tenacity for storytelling and love keeping up to date with the latest trends.
• You have a keen eye for detail like no other.
• Demonstrated experience using Meta Business Suite / TikTok Business Manager.
• You're the person everyone goes to for capturing the moment.
• You always think outside the box when it comes to your video content.
• You pride yourself on your speedy video editing skills.
• You are self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and are willing to go the extra mile in order to exceed expectations.
