The Role
Are you an innovative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop highly engaging Social Media and digital content?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, ready to take Middy’s Social Media and Digital Marketing content to the next level. As our Social Media & Digital Marketing Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies to increase awareness and engagement across multiple Social Media and digital channels. What You’ll be Doing
• Social Media: Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across multiple channels, to deliver high-functioning content including creative copy, visual graphics, photography and video.
• Social Media: Develop a Social Media strategy to identify the tools, content and processes necessary to manage and grow existing and future Middy’s Group national handles and individual regional pages.
• Local Area Marketing: Support local branch activities and events by developing content and opportunities across multiple channels.
• Email Marketing: Manage and deliver direct marketing campaigns across email and SMS.
• Email Marketing: Conduct regular testing to refine and optimise campaign performance.
• Email Marketing: Enhance subscriber segmentation, perform audits, and maintain the health of customer database.
• Digital Content: Provide support in developing and publishing content across the Middy’s Group website and digital eco-system.
• Digital Content: Maintain accurate and up-to-date website content relating to news, events, promotions and branch details.
• Data Analytics: Provide the business with regular performance reporting, including opportunities and recommendations.
• Business Insights: Measure and report performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms, including Social Media management tools, email marketing (Mailchimp), website CMS (Kentico), CRMs and web analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in writing and structuring content for digital and social channels that deliver business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work as part of a team with excellent verbal communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management.
• Trade and/or B2B experience.
• Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
