Position Overview:

Fresh Clinics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a Maternity Leave cover basis for up to 6 months with the opportunity to extend. This pivotal role will guide the evolution of our customer engagement and conversion strategies, requiring someone with a proven track record in developing and implementing B2B Digital Marketing activities across the business. 

As our Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating captivating content, managing various digital channels, and implementing no-cost and paid campaigns, to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement engaging digital content and paid ad strategies for various platforms and channels to drive audience engagement, acquisition, and conversion to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, customer database, product launch activities, and other engagement programs, utilising data-driven insights and segmentation strategies to deliver personalised and targeted. communication that drives customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Curate compelling content for Social Media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand presence across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
    • Visual content: Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos that resonate with our audience and align with our brand identity.
    • Written content: Craft compelling captions, posts, and stories that spark conversation, drive engagement, and encourage user interaction.
    • Interactive content: Conceptualise and produce interactive content formats such as polls, quizzes, contests, and live streams to foster community engagement and participation.
    • User-generated content: Leverage user-generated content to showcase authentic experiences and testimonials, fostering trust and credibility among our audience.
  • Monitor Social Media channels, proactively engage with followers, respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner, and manage online community interactions to maintain a positive brand reputation. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather content, stories, and insights for Social Media, content creation, paid ad requirements, and digital campaign opportunities.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in Social Media marketing and content creation, identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for innovation and optimisation.
  • Track and analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of Social Media,  digital campaigns, and content performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation, iteration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • A creative flair and a passion for Social Media that's second to none, with proven experience in Social Media management and content creation, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • A finger on the pulse of Social Media trends, platform and algorithm updates, and industry news.
  • Strong experience with Digital Marketing channels, tools, and techniques involving website strategy, SEO / SEM, display ads and retargeting across browser and social channels.
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) from online data with a key focus on performance targeting & optimisation.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cosmetic medicine industry (or other equivalent regulated industry) and the ability to thrive in a heavily regulated environment. Comprehending the nuances of the industry and staying on top of regulatory changes will be your superpower.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease in a fast-paced environment, with an eagle eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
