Social Media & Influencer Coordinator

About the role:

We're seeking an energetic and creative Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to elevate Tooletries' online presence. The ideal candidate will bring a positive, collaborative spirit, a keen eye for growth opportunities, and the ability to take our Social Media to the next level through engaging content and strategic influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Manage and curate content across Social Media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Serve as the brand's voice by promptly responding to customer inquiries and comments on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute a monthly content strategy aligned with our marketing calendar.  
• Assist the Customer Service Team as needed.

Content Coordination:

• Coordinate the scheduling of content generated by the creative team.
• Schedule and manage weekly IG stories, reels, and polls provided by the in-house creative team.
• Collaborate with User-Generated Content (UGC) creators and influencers.
• Create engaging TikTok content in-house to enhance marketing efforts.
• Build and manage the UGC database to ensure optimal content utilization.

Influencers + UGC:

• Implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Identify and onboard influencers, negotiating paid partnerships.
• Coordinate logistics of influencer campaigns and ensure timely deliverables.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with influencers, collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams.
• Support the overall marketing team as needed.

Collaboration:

• Work within our marketing team to align Social Media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.

About You:

• Energetic and creative individual with a keen eye for identifying new growth opportunities.
• Friendly, collaborative, and excited to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on results.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social media, or Communications.
• A strong communicator, Organized and adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera.
• Creative mindset for unique influencer partnerships and content ideas.
• Solid understanding of TikTok, UGC, and Instagram marketing.
• Ability to work effectively in both team and autonomously.
