Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at [Name of the hair salon]. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our salon, and engage with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve our business goals and objectives.

• Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.

• Manage all social media accounts and pages, including monitoring comments, messages, and mentions, and responding in a timely manner.

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

• Collaborate with other teams within the salon to create content, promotions, and campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to inform our social media strategy and tactics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Passion for the beauty and fashion industry.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $60,457.70 – $112,746.90 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
