An exciting opportunity to join the Mimco team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator! The focus of this role is to coordinate and execute all the Digital Marketing components to support CRM, marketing emails, SEM, SEO and website content.
This function will also support the development of the customer strategy, email communications.
Key responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of new members, improve rate of first purchase, reduce churn and build growth within segmentation
- Support DMM to formulate and then execute personalised customer journeys through email and other channels that adapt to the needs of different customers and support them as they move through segments
- Working with Digital Marketing leads to use loyalty audience data strategies to find new customers and drive more value from existing customers
- Conceptualise, design and executive creative digital communications across emails, website and digital assets
- Management and upkeep of a feed of products that are suitable to support multiple performance channels
- Support and execute the implementation of technical requirements for website enhancements in conjunction with the group omni team that maximise ROI and increase rank of natural search results listings from organic or paid channels
- Work with the SEO lead to implement Search Engine Optimisation best practice in all content and identify new areas of content development
- Development of UX improvements through CRO and web testing strategies across the Mimco website.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate
- Experience managing /developing email communications and CRM tactics
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud experience
- Agency management experience (Email design & build, CRM, Creative agencies (campaigns & content)
- Experience managing CRM, e-marketing and content marketing programmes, driving ROI
- Evidence of training/development in Marketing Cloud.
