Tasks and Responsibilities: 

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conducting market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Analysing data to assess market opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.

Developing Marketing Strategies:

• Creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

Content Creation and Management:

• Developing engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Managing content calendars and ensuring content is aligned with brand messaging and goals.

Digital Marketing:

• Implementing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns.
• Monitoring digital marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): 

• Managing customer databases and utilising CRM systems to segment customers, personalise communications, and track interactions.
• Implementing customer retention strategies to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Generating reports to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Event Planning and Management:

• Organising and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Managing logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful event execution.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Providing support and guidance to team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a marketing professional in the construction industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
