PCCS, an innovative and award-winning not-for-profit organization, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Social Wellbeing Education Manager with a background in Social Work, who will play a pivotal role in driving community development, social prescribing initiatives, and fostering link working partnerships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive community development initiatives, connecting educational programs with broader social and health-related goals.
- Implement and lead social prescribing programs, contributing to the well-being of our participants by connecting them with community-based supports.
- Foster meaningful link working relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to enhance the overall quality of life for our participants.
- Plan and execute education projects that align with organizational goals, incorporating social prescribing elements to address holistic well-being.
- Create innovative training programs and educational materials that integrate community development principles and social prescribing practices.
- Implement metrics to gauge the effectiveness of holistic programs, ensuring continuous improvement in community well-being.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
- Experience in community development, social prescribing, and link working.
- Experience in managing RTO/training and education sector.
- Proven experience in planning and executing education projects with a holistic approach.
- Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills.
- Familiarity with metrics and assessment tools for evaluating holistic program effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
