About the role The purpose of this role is to provide competent level Social Work clinical services within the Medical and Service Lines and may be rotated through other HP3 roles in Surgical or Critical Care, Women's and Children's areas. The Social Worker will engage with patients/families/carers across the acute and sub-acute wards (e.g. general medical, surgical, oncology and paediatrics) and outpatient areas to optimise their psychosocial outcomes and to achieve maximum benefits from health care services.
