About the Role

• Utilise high level social work knowledge and skills in the areas of NDIS, disability, aged care, guardianship, psychosocial assessment, complex system navigation and relevant legislative frameworks.
• Act as a clinical reference point within the social work department and interprofessional team for matters relating to Long Stay, aged care, NDIS, and related disability issues.
• Demonstrate high level clinical and time management skills in screening and prioritising workload demands in a complex clinical environment, across multiple MSH hospitals.
• Actively contribute to the development of inter-professional competence for all clinicians.
