About the Role
- Working to assist children, young people and adults presenting to our Health Services.
- You will be building upon staff knowledge and capacity to provide a trauma-informed approach and intervention response to clients impacted by violence, abuse and neglect.

- Working within the Hunter Valley Sector based at Muswellbrook Social Work Department/Hunter Valley Community Health Service/Muswellbrook Campus.
- Muswellbrook is located in the rolling vineyards of the world-famous Hunter Valley wine country, where you can taste incredible local produce, take beautiful scenic drives, and discover art galleries featuring acclaimed national works.
- Muswellbrook is less than a 3-hour drive from Sydney, and less than 2 hours from Newcastle.

Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience as per Award Classification including or equivalent including a Bachelor degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and/or other qualification deemed relevant by the employer.

- This position is full-time; however, part-time/job share arrangements may also be considered.
- To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
