Role Overview:As a Maintenance Software Deployment Consultant, you will play a leading role in deploying our front-line maintenance software. This customer-facing position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.
You will lead Software Deployment projects, manage customer relationships, provide software training, and work closely with technical, sales, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional service and support. Your subject matter knowledge of asset and maintenance management combined with your technical data and computer skills will lead to success in this role.
Your role:Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee project delivery for your customers. You will be responsible for project scoping, configuration, training, and maintaining long-term relationships with champion users.
Day to Day responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end Software Deployment projects within time and budget constraints.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinating resources and ensuring project deliverables are met.
- Understand client requirements and tailor OnPlan software configurations accordingly.
- Deliver training and support to clients, facilitating product adoption and change management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as an OnPlan subject matter expert.
- Configure and prepare data for upload into OnPlan using Microsoft Excel.
- On-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Delivery of a high level of customer satisfaction and continued adoption of OnPlan software.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the OnPlan system.
- Experienced with technical/maintenance software like ERP or CMMS, with a technical background in engineering or a related discipline.
- A subject matter expert in maintenance and asset management, with exceptional computer and data skills, particularly in Excel.
- An adept project manager and organizer, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving, customer-service oriented, and eager to contribute to team success.
