AddressWe are looking for a hands-on administrator to join our Revesby team. This position is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to develop their career in the construction industry.
In this role you will:
- Accounts payable processing and associated purchase orders
- Utilising inhouse stock/finance software
- Liaising with warehouse/yard personnel and customers
- Effective daily administrative support of stock
- Planning all deliveries and collections daily
- Administration around site labour provision
- Client and vendor administration
- Managing all transport subcontractors daily
- Updating and maintaining all daily paperwork and reports related to collection and deliveries.
- General administrative duties as required by the team.
- Provide relief to other staff when absent or required.
- Maintain Branch paperwork/documentation.
- Assist with yard operations.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
To be successful you will have:
- Be an experience administrator.
- High degree of organizational ability and resourcefulness
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- High level of maturity and discretion
- Strong interpersonal/team skills
- Strong customer focus
- An understanding of stock levels and movements.
- Work in conjunction with the administration team to achieve targets.
- Computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Preferably experience within a similar role in the construction or warehouse related industry
- Strong attention to detail is a must, so is the ability to multi-task.
