This role includes but is not limited to the following:

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven Java Language Knowledge
  • Familiarity with JSON
  • Database knowledge (SQL/Postgres) 
  • Usage and knowledge of docker and Kubernetes
  • Linux terminal commands and Linux Operating System 
  • Proven experience in a technical support role.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Atlassian Suite (Jira Service Management / Jira Work Management / Confluence / Bitbucket) knowledge

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Implement changes (Change Requests) to our product by using JSON configurations and Java coding.
  • Provide effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote assistance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software problems with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the design of new features.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of product architecture and upcoming product features and improvements.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and customer-facing knowledge bases.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal users.
  • Assist in the development of support procedures and standards.
  • Perform regular follow-up with clients to ensure their systems are functioning correctly.
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications, including integration and upgrade processes.

Travel required

  • Moderate level of travel is required.
