The Role
An exciting opportunity for:
An existing installer with CEC with PV and Battery accreditation looking for the next career step; or
A senior solar installer with strong organisational capabilities / aptitude, looking to move into a role with growth throughout the company.
You will be building/managing installation teams and support where needed - ultimately ensuring the customer's experience is positive all round.
Work will be predominately onsite, warehouse is based in Dandenong and installation will be Melbourne Metro / Surrounding areas.

You are a confident individual with a positive and engaging communication style. As a clear communicator, you enjoy engaging with all team members, sub-contractors and customers.
Attention to detail and organisation are key to maintaining the completion of high quality, compliant work on-site. Like the rest of our team you're happy to jump in and get your hands dirty when needed to get the job done.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other related equipment according to project specifications and industry best practice
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during installation
- Ensure Carbon Savers policies and procedures are maintained on site with all necessary safety assessment paperwork, SWMS, licenses up to date .
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement to streamline our processes
- Quality control and client satisfaction
Required
-Electrical A-Grade & CEC Approved Installer accreditation (PV and Battery).
-Strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
-White card and working at heights certification.
- Holds a current and valid drivers license.
-EWP license preferred.
Desired Skills
-Well-organized and able to adapt on the run.
-IT skills will be considered a bonus.
-Proficient in overseeing on-site labour and must possess all required licenses and knowledge required to install solar and battery systems
