Helping the government achieve net zero. Due to this huge announcement we are now looking to open lead generation roles for our Appointment Setter campaign.

We pride ourselves on being a one stop shop by helping tens of thousands of consumers to find the best renewable energy solution for their home by designing high performance solar systems and providing flexible financing plans, we enable consumers to generate their own energy, store it and save money in these tough economic times.
About the role
We are looking for a qualified Phone Sales Specialist to join our forever growing highly Energised team in the heart of South Melbourne, our new office is located in a prime location surrounded by some of the best bars and restaurants in Melbourne
You will making calls each day from leads generated through social media, you will be making 20+ appointments per day for our Sales consultants to attend the customers home. This is a sales driven role. You will also be given the opportunity to follow up on deals there were not sold on the day to see if we can find another solution for the customer.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced Phone Sales agent with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. Experience working in the solar or renewable energy sector is not a must but would be advantageous.
You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and have the hunger to smash sales targets. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills and great phone skills.
Tasks Include
- Appointment Setting.
- Liaise with account managers
- Stay up-to-date with new products
- Appointment scheduling and outcome management
- Suggest sales process improvements
- Customer follow up
- 150 calls per day
