Solar Sales Consultant/Residential and Commercial

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Closer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finalizing solar energy system sales and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales closing, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the solar industry.  

This position will be from Gold Coast to surrounding towns and suburbs.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers and follow up on Appointments generated by our marketing team
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customer needs and determine the most suitable solar energy system
• Present and explain the features and benefits of our solar products and services to potential customers
• Overcome objections and address concerns to secure the sale and close deals
• Provide accurate and detailed quotes to customers, including pricing, incentives, and financing options
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation process
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in government incentives, and solar technology advancements
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in Solar Sales closing, preferably in the residential or commercial sector
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a strong ability to overcome objections
• In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, including different types of panels, inverters, and mounting systems
• Understanding of financial incentives and financing options available for solar installations
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
• Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
• Available to work 5-6 Days per week, Monday to Saturday
