A highly reputable and internationally recognised law firm is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Lawyer to join their Sydney-based team. Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of Front and Back End construction law matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on construction disputes, and providing legal counsel on project planning and execution.
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Staying updated with the latest developments and trends in construction law and related fields.
- A Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand (conversion to WA jurisdiction will be required).
- 3-5 years of experience practicing construction law, with a focus on both Front and Back End work.
- Excellent knowledge of construction law principles, regulations, and industry practices.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
