What you’ll do
As a Solution Architect – Infrastructure & Cloud (Network focus), you will be instrumental in developing solutions that scale and actively support the architecture function, supporting projects within a team of architects focusing on Network/Cloud/Infrastructure solutions. To do this, you will be empowered to maintain an active engagement and review across changes, as well as support peers and senior stakeholders relating to design and strategic initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Technology – Solution Architecture Infrastructure & Cloud, you will guide strategic technical decision-making and investment priorities toward the evolution of the agreed future-state architecture for cloud and key infrastructure as the foundations for our services.
What you’ll bring
2+ years’ experience in architecture and development positions in large-scale ICT environments.
Proven experience working with Network based technologies and solutions (such as ACI, SDWAN, routing, switching, firewalls, etc.).
Experience in delivering on architecture practices that produce measurable business value and outcomes.
Demonstrated experience consulting and providing advice to C suite business leaders and technology teams, with a proven ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.
Excellent at assessing and communicating technical options, implications and recommendations via simple, concise and compelling reports, briefs and roadmaps.
An extensive understanding of the Information and Technology industry, as well as emerging technologies.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams.
Detailed knowledge of gambling and entertainment industries (nice to have).
