Srategic Management Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Management Consultant to lead and manage critical projects, drive process improvements, and develop strategic solutions for our clients. This role requires an individual with a profound understanding of business operations and a proven track record in process improvement and strategy development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on international projects and possess a unique skill set that aligns perfectly with the requirements of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Operational Gaps: Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within client organisations. Develop actionable plans to address these gaps and enhance overall operational performance.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at streamlining business processes and increasing operational efficiency. Implement best practices in process management and continuously seek opportunities for optimisation.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor an internal team, including business analysts and SOPs developers. Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and the professional growth of team members.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, from initial planning to final implementation. Liaise with clients to understand their needs, set project timelines, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Strategic Solutions: Develop and implement strategic solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and design strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Create and refine policies and procedures to support organisational goals and compliance requirements. Ensure that all processes are documented, standardised, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaboration with Software Development Team: Partner with the internal software development team to design and build customised software solutions for clients. Leverage your knowledge of automation and process improvement to drive innovation in software development projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in project management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on process improvement, strategy development, and project management. Proven experience working on international projects and managing diverse teams.
• Skills:
• Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in developing and implementing strategic solutions.

• Technical proficiency in working with software development teams and understanding of automation tools and technologies.
