Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop/design solutions.
- Assist with designing and implementation of solutions.
- Assist with creation of technical documentation.
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide project updates/timelines.
- Provide technical support and training to clients when needed.
- Assist the team with BAU support (staff cover only, on an ad-hoc basis).
- Assist with the smooth transition from implementation to BAU support.
Key Role Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, implementing solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and account management experience.
- Ability to stick to deadlines and provide regular project updates.
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Conscientious, driven, and self-motivated.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience with network administration (routers, switches, LAN, WAN).
- Experience with VMWare, ESXi, and virtual servers.
- Experience with Office 365 migrations and upgrades.
- Strong familiarity with cloud solutions (MS Azure).
- Experience with Backup and Disaster Recovery (Veeam/Shadow Protect).
- Strong understanding of Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022).
- Experience with Exchange, Office 365, AD, and SharePoint.
- Strong experience with Firewalls is a huge bonus (Sophos).
