A successful MSP based in Perth CBD is looking to add a System Engineer to their Managed Services team. This is a varied role working across Systems, Cloud and basic networking where you will be acting as the second & third level of escalation for support issues.

What you will be doing:

• 2nd Level Technical Support for Cloud, EUC & Systems
• Server and Network Administration
• Escalating issues to Level 3 Engineers
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and processes
• Assist with projects where required
• Effectively manage tickets in accordance with SLA's

What you will need to succeed:

• 3+ years experience in IT Support 
• Previous experience in an MSP environment is a must
• Strong experience in M365 stack ( O365, Teams, Sharepoint, Intune )
• Previous experience working within Azure environments
• Experience managing and supporting VMWare or Hyper-V
• Experience with routers, switches & firewalls (desirable)
• Industry certifications highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills
