What you will be doing:
- 2nd Level Technical Support for Cloud, EUC & Systems
- Server and Network Administration
- Escalating issues to Level 3 Engineers
- Maintain and improve operational documentation and processes
- Assist with projects where required
- Effectively manage tickets in accordance with SLA's
- 3+ years experience in IT Support
- Previous experience in an MSP environment is a must
- Strong experience in M365 stack ( O365, Teams, Sharepoint, Intune )
- Previous experience working within Azure environments
- Experience managing and supporting VMWare or Hyper-V
- Experience with routers, switches & firewalls (desirable)
- Industry certifications highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
