Fluor's Mining & Metals team have been awarded Iluka’s Eneabba Rare Earths project , as a result we are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to work with our Iluka/ Fluor integrated team to execute the project.
Key responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be reporting to the Area Managers as applicable to the various packages under control. They will be expected to work closely with the Procurement team and all disciplines of engineering, in particular the Mechanical, Electrical and Process disciplines.
The list below provides a good example of the level of complexity of packages the applicant will need the ability to manage:
- Evaporators
- Ammonia Stripping and Adsorption
- SS Mixer Settlers
- SX Agitators
- CO2 Capture
Required Competencies / Skills
- Previous experience in the development of procurement packages, tendering and award process, and contract.
- Management for mechanical equipment is required.
- Previous experience in the execution of Off-Site and On-Site installation is desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years in the industry is required.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in mechanical engineering.
