The Role
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team and directly engage with our customers to design, build, and deliver event configurations whilst providing exceptional support at event time. The ideal candidate is a technical problem-solver with a passion for ensuring our clients' success through effective event solutions with EventsAir.
This role will be required to work late APAC day and mornings for UK(EMEA) time zone with the possibility of moving to a permanent UK (EMEA) time zone role. (For example, a 1pm start and a 10pm finish).
Key Responsibilities
Customer Collaboration:
- Work closely with customers and the Customer Success team to understand event configuration requirements and objectives
- Conduct in-depth discussions to gather detailed information on upcoming event delivery needs and intricacies
Solution Design & Delivery:
- Design and architect the event set up & configurations that align with the clients' goals and specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with product capabilities
- Take a hands-on approach to implement event configurations based on the approved designs
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Provide an outline of the event configuration to the customer success team so that they can train the customer on the attendee and data management of the event moving forward
Technical Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event time-related support packages where applicable
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly within the projects you are responsible for, collaborating with internal teams as needed
- Implement proactive measures to prevent and mitigate potential issues
Continuous Improvement:
- Provide feedback to internal teams for product enhancements based on customer experiences and evolving requirements
What you will need for this role
- Excellent knowledge of the EventsAir platform
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
- Additional software or computer science knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.)
- Customer centric approach with a solutions and outcome focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and triage accordingly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be adaptable and flexible to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a task-focused, efficient approach to your work
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
