We are seeking experienced kitchen staff for our multiple kitchens.
Sous Chef and Chef de Partie
- Sous Chef:
- Proven experience in menu development and implementation.
- The ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within deadlines.
- Passionate about food with the ability and desire to deliver a consistent and quality product within a high turnover environment.
- Ability to lead and manage a dynamic team, with proven track record in motivating and developing a kitchen team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations, managing financial budgets, food and labour costs and other expenses.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to learn quickly.
- Professional attitude with developed interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- The right person will be dedicated, have a passion for what they do and a keen eye for detail.
2. Chef de Partie
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Responsible for ensuring the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards.
- Proven ability to consistently deliver a high quality product.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
- A passion for creating visually appealing dishes.
