We are seeking experienced kitchen staff for our multiple kitchens.

Sous Chef and Chef de Partie

1. Sous Chef:

• Proven experience in menu development and implementation.
• The ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within deadlines.
• Passionate about food with the ability and desire to deliver a consistent and quality product within a high turnover environment.
• Ability to lead and manage a dynamic team, with proven track record in motivating and developing a kitchen team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations, managing financial budgets, food and labour costs and other expenses.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to learn quickly.
• Professional attitude with developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• The right person will be dedicated, have a passion for what they do and a keen eye for detail.

2. Chef de Partie

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards.
• Proven ability to consistently deliver a high quality product.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
• A passion for creating visually appealing dishes.
