We're beyond excited to be bringing our really bloody fun & unique brand of hospitality to the Marvel Stadium concourse, where we will offer the very best in food, beverages and entertainment to punters from near and far. ‘Doglands’ consists of a large (1500 pax) event space – that will be open for Marvel event & game days and private functions – as well as a 70 pax restaurant/bar that will be open lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

The role
Reporting to the Head Chef you will manage the team and day to day operations of the Moon Dog Doglands Kitchen
Your responsibilities include:
- Support the Head Chef to create & execute your menu for lovers of beer & food
- Pulling off large functions, and delicious al la carte meals
- Ensuring all chefs maintain food hygiene safety standards
- Showing your culinary talent during service
- Administrative tasks including ordering and rostering and managing food costs
- People management, supporting and training of the team
Your many talents will include:
- Minimum Certificate 3 Commercial Cookery
- Proven leadership to drive the kitchen team and work with the floor team to produce amazing food
- Well-developed communication and time management skills
- A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures, including the training of colleagues in procedures
