Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a CDP or Sous Chef position.
- Gastro Pub experience would be a bonus.
- A basic understanding of financials, food costs and rostering.
- Ability to work a busy lunch or dinner service with a team of likeminded Chefs.
- Can motivate and maintain a positive attitude.
