This leadership role requires an inclusive chef who can bring out the best in their team through further developing and mentoring talented kitchen staff to achieve flawless and memorable dishes. You will thrive in a high-pressured team environment through your exceptional time management and organisation abilities and work closely with the Head Chef in short- and long-term planning of the kitchen.
