The Role
Overseeing The Bridgeview kitchen, as Sous Chef you will assist in managing the kitchen operation alongside our Head Chef. With a great kitchen fit out and fantastic team, your role will be to lead, mentor and create!
The role will involve all of the kitchen operation essentials, including overseeing the day to day service in collaboration with Head Chef, assisting across multiple sections, training and upskilling the brigade, back of house administration, ordering, stock take and menu collaboration.
Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to multi task in a high quality operation, will set you up for success and enable you to hit the ground running. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will have an exceptional mentor at your fingertips and the opportunity to collaborate, inspire and create!
Having worked in some of Sydney’s best venues or pubs as Sous Chef, you will be ready to hit the ground running and look forward to creating elevated pub classics for our guests.
