The ideal candidate will be a leader who is passionate about their team, achieving results and exceeding customer expectations.
We require:
- Experienced professional with a positive hands on approach
- Strong motivational skills to inspire the team to deliver results
- Experience in function and event operations including weddings and corporate events
- Experience in menu development, costings and gross profit management
- Full accountability of profitability and performance within food department
- Delivery of KPI’s including sales, labour cost and expense control
- Excellent supplier relationships and negotiating skills
- WH&S standards

What you will Bring to the role:
- 2-3 yrs experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment
- Strong business acumen, KPI driven and results focused
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills
- Creative inspiring menu ideas
- Passion for all things food, what’s on trend, inspired creations, fresh produce
- Experience in catering role preferred but not essential
