The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Beau. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate closely with Head Chef Troy Spencer and Group Executive Chef Jacqui Challinor. Our dedication to sustainability is integral, this is reflected in our menu, featuring the finest local produce in contemporary Australian cuisine.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a restaurant or wine bar
- Dedication, enthusiasm, and a deep respect for the hospitality industry
- Capable of working independently while treating guests and colleagues with respect, humility, and kindness
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
- Familiarity with Back of House (BOH) operations including COGs, P&Ls, and rostering is beneficial but not essential
