Because this is such an important role, it would suit a well organised and logistical focused Sous Chef with a passion for food and understands banquet, large groups and shared dining. This role requires chef’s to be able to drive a car, as you will need to transport from HQ to the events. Ideally this role suits a chef with hatted experience, who can bring high calibre cooking and standards to join the team as a leader.
