June 2024 S.P.A. Graduate Program
We are currently recruiting our next cohort of Banking & Finance, Economics or Business graduates/near graduates to join the Operations team to learn various Financial and Business Operational functions.
These are full-time permanent positions, and this program will prepare you for a multitude of roles within the scope of Business and Finance.
The tailored structure of our dynamic 12-month Graduate Program will provide successful applicants a detailed insight into Business Operations and Financial Products, whilst fostering exemplary customer service, with a focus on salary sacrificing benefits.
Through our Graduate Program, you will gain real industry experience, working with industry leaders via our on-the-job training program. You will experience an extensive knowledge base relating to our products and services as well as mentoring a keen business mind in the financial and banking sector.

For this role you will need to:
- Competently apply technical knowledge
- Be an excellent communicator, written and verbal
- Enjoy analytical and problem solving
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team
- Demonstrated proficiency to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet agreed timeframes
Eligibility:
- You will have recently completed or be in your final year of study with a bachelor’s degree (or above) in any discipline (in the last 2 years)
- You will have right to work in Australia without restrictions (Australian Citizen/PR & NZ Citizen)
- You possess a strong academic record and a passion for customer service
